The Spaces In Between
An Innovative Medicine Journey For Jewish Seekers
The Spaces In Between is an innovative medicine journey for Jewish people – a space to explore healing, connection, spirituality, and transformation within the safety of a Jewish container.Transformation rarely happens in a single moment. The Spaces In Between is uniquely designed as a multi-component journey consisting of three interconnected experiences: Microdose Journey I, Ceremony Weekend, and Microdose Journey II. This is an empowering process of bringing the medicine into your everyday life, where you have the chance to be your own guide and trust your intuitive wisdom, while supported by experienced facilitators. The Spaces In Between is an invitation to explore this process within the Jewish community.Bringing together Jewish spiritual practice, medicines, community, ceremony, and integration, the experience invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself, one another, and Divine Presence.

Why Jewish Seekers?
State-altering medicines have historically been part of Jewish spiritual expression, and this community continues to grow. When Jewish people connect with their ancestral roots while using medicines, the experience deepens. There are many connections between Jewish spirituality and medicine work that create a natural space for Jewish people to explore their spiritual connection in ways that may fall outside modern-day Jewish institutions, such as synagogues and community centers. Jewish mystical traditions provide a natural place of inquiry for Jewish people to explore consciousness, the cosmos, and their spiritual connection more directly. State-altering medicines can also be a source of deep, transformative healing for Jewish people, including healing from trauma. This may include ancestral trauma, trauma from the Holocaust, antisemitism, and suffering within the current global social and political context.Providing a space where Jewish people can fully relax and explore the recesses of their consciousness requires a container that considers what Jewish people need to feel safe and supported. The Spaces In Between creates a container that not only considers the safety of Jewish people, but also integrates the wisdom of Jewish spirituality through Jewish ritual, music, blessings, and other spiritual practices.
Why "The Spaces In Between"?
The Torah, meaning “teaching” or “instruction,” is a sacred text passed down from generation to generation, its letters carefully preserved. Some say that what is as important as the letters themselves are the spaces in between – the places that are unwritten and unknown. This is where our journey exists – in the spaces between what is known and what is yet to be discovered. A place for openness, exploration, and creativity, held within the wisdom and love of Jewish tradition.
What is Unique About The Spaces In Between?
One Multi-Component Journey · Three Interconnected Experiences
The Spaces In Between offers a unique, immersive medicine journey consisting of three interconnected components that build upon and support one another. The journey begins with four weeks of supported medicine work in a virtual community, moves into an immersive in-person ceremony weekend, and continues with another four weeks of supported medicine work and community. We believe that transformation takes time and commitment. This rarely happens in a single weekend retreat. The potential of medicine work lies not only in the medicine experience itself, but in the commitment to the process – in continuing to show up, staying in relationship with what arises, and allowing deeper connection and understanding to develop over time. The three components are not intended as separate experiences. Together, they create an arc that allows the journey to unfold over time, with each phase supporting and deepening the next. While it is possible to participate in individual components, we strongly recommend experiencing the complete journey – Microdose Journey I, Ceremony Weekend, and Microdose Journey II.
The Journey
October 24 – December 20, 2026
The Spaces In Between unfolds as one continuous journey through three interconnected experiences. We strongly recommend participating in the full arc of the journey, however participants may only join individual components.
Microdose Journey I
October 24 – November 19 · 27 Days · Virtual
The first microdose journey is an invitation to cultivate an intentional relationship with the medicine - to become curious, pay attention, and be present with what emerges.Participants will receive a microdosing protocol and guidance for moving through the 27-day experience.Throughout the journey, participants are invited to meet what arises with openness and willingness, supported by the container we create together.Weekly Virtual Sharing CirclesParticipants will meet once each week on Zoom in intimate groups led by one of our experienced facilitators. These circles offer space to make meaning of your experience through shared reflection - also known as integration. This is an essential and often underrated aspect of medicine journeys. This is also a space to ask questions and receive support, as well as to witness and be witnessed, to listen and be heard, and to move through the experience in community. Between circles, participants continue the medicine and the practice, and are asked to remain curious and attentive to what is unfolding. We offer the option to book additional one-on-one virtual coaching calls.
Ceremony Weekend
November 20 – 22 · In-Person near Vancouver
Following the first microdose journey, participants are invited to gather in person for an immersive ceremony weekend close to Vancouver. The weekend creates an opportunity to step away from everyday life and enter an intentional space for connection, spiritual exploration, community, and deeper work with medicine. We gather on Friday afternoon, allowing time to arrive, connect, settle into the space, and prepare together. Friday evening will center around a supported plant medicine journey. On Saturday, participants will be invited into an heart-opening medicine dance journey – an opportunity to explore through the body, movement, and music.Throughout the weekend, the medicine experiences are held within a wider program that includes:▪️Sound bath
▪️Yoga and movement
▪️Jewish rituals for Shabbat
▪️Group gatherings
▪️Communal meals
▪️Time for reflection, rest, and connection
▪️IntegrationThe ceremony weekend is not intended as an isolated peak experience. It sits within the larger arc of The Spaces In Between.
Microdose Journey II
November 23 – December 20 · 28 Days · Virtual
The second microdose journey deepens the transformational process. The more we commit to the journey and continue showing up for the work, the more opportunity there is for deeper insight and lasting change. As with the first microdose journey, participants receive a microdosing protocol and support throughout the 28-day experience, including the weekly sharing circles (as described above).
